Patricia Puline

Patricia Puline serves as Corporate Director, Communications Director, Health Promotion, Health Education, and Grants Project Manager for the Erie County Department of Health. She has spent 17 years working in public health, and 9 years specifically with HIV/AIDS. She has received her bachelors and Masters in Public Health from Edinboro University.

Patty has participated in national and international HIV educational conferences, including the CDC National Teachers HIV Conference in Washington, D.C., the 2002 International AIDS Conference in Barcelona, Spain. Patty has taught seminars at the 2004 International AIDS Conference, Bangkok, Thailand and at the CDC 2005 Train the Trainers Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.

There have been a number of honors awarded to Patricia for her work. She has also been involved in several media productions including "Get Real, Teens talk about AIDS" video production in 1999, Pennsylvania State Department of Health PSA in 2000 and "A Walk through HIV clinic" in 2002.
